These Terms of Service govern use of brainrotdept.com and purchases from Brainrot Dept. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

Eligibility and account information

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, or use the site with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate account, contact, billing, and shipping information.

Products and availability

We try to display product descriptions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screens and lighting can affect color appearance. Products are made to order and can be changed, limited, or discontinued without notice. We may correct errors before or after an order is submitted.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, limit, decline, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or listing errors, inventory or production limitations, or legal restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.

The Brainrot Dept. name, logos, artwork, product designs, photography, copy, and website content are owned by or licensed to Brainrot Dept. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Site content is provided for personal, non-commercial shopping and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, scraped, or commercially exploited without written permission.

Prohibited use

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or infringing activity; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; interfere with site operation; scrape or harvest information without permission; or violate another person's rights.

Third-party services

The store can use third-party services for payments, shipping, fulfillment, analytics, and other functions. Those services can have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
